How to force Facebook to refresh images, headlines, sub-headlines and description (metadata) of your shared links in your posts on your feed, in Facebook Groups or your ads.

In this video I explain the simple 3 steps you need to take to have Facebook refresh the image and other information when you share a link

When you change the image of the post couple of times while you tweak the post or you update your post after some time and you change the image or description (metadata) at time Facebook might still “see” the old image. So frustrating, right? Here’s what you have to do – click below to watch this SUPER simple solution

Here are the tools I mentioned and/or recommend:
– Thrive Themes to build your marketing funnels on WordPress or ClickFunnels if you don’t want to use WordPres
Pixel Your Site Pro to install Facebook Pixel on your site (SUPER important if you want to run Facebook Ads)
Facebook Debugger Tool to refresh the image of your shared post/page

Steps to follow to refresh the image/description of a shared post/page on Facebook:

  1. Copy the url of the post or page you want to share
  2. Go to Facebook Debugger Tool and paste the url
  3. Click debug and try to post the url on Facebook to see the new image/description show up
